Service Description

This is a detailed online course specializing in the health and styling of your little one's hair. In this class you will learn the proper way to take care of hair. This course will teach you the importance of styling tools as well as styling products in order to better assist in creating clean parts and neater styles. In this course you will learn: *How to properly blow dry the hair *How to create clean parts *How to achieve sleek ponytails *How to style the ends of the ponytails: twists, buns, donuts & more *How to apply and safely remove beads *How to lay baby hairs *How to accessorize Having a live model or mannequin head for this course is highly recommended. For this course you will need: a blow dryer with a comb attachment, heat protectant spray or leave in conditioner, a rat tail or metal tip comb, a light holding/ humidity spray and a nylon brush. For this course you will receive your very own November Love starter kit to use not only for your session but for future slays as well. Now prepare yourself for fun and lots of love while you learn how to slay heads like a true Boss Braider! See you soon! *This course does not teach how to braid, braid neatness or how to add extensions CLASS POLICY [Disregard Booking Policy Below] When registering for classes please choose a date no less than 10 days out to allow for kits to ship and arrive in enough time for your session. Deposits are non refundable! Once your deposit is paid you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. The full payment must be completed no less than 7 days prior to your session. Kits will not be shipped until the final payment has been made. If your invoice has reached its expiration date there is a $25 reprocessing fee. (November Love cannot guarantee your kit will arrive in time for your session after invoice expiration.) November Love is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address or contact information. Rescheduling must be made no later than 24 hours of your session. Any changes made within 24 hours of your session will require a new deposit. Punctuality is key! There will be a 15 minute grace period for arrival. Once this grace period has expired your session will be canceled and payment forfeited. In addition, sessions time will not be extended to accommodate any tardiness. Please make sure your device is fully charged and connected to a strong internet service. Session time will not be extended to accommodate glitches, frozen screens or disconnections.

Cancellation Policy

NO MASK NO SERVICE!! A mask must be worn by all clients and guardians for the entire service duration, no matter the age. Masks are required even if you are stepping into the salon for just a moment. BOOKING 1. I only service women and girls. No TENDERHEADS. 2. All deposits must be paid prior to receiving any confirmation. 3. Final payments can be made via CASH, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, ZELLE OR PAYPAL. 4. All DEPOSITS are NON REFUNDABLE & ca only be transferred once with no less than a 48 hour notice. 5. There is absolutely NO REFUNDS. 6. In the event of inclement weather, you will be contacted to reschedule your appointment. 7. You will be allowed to reschedule one time with the same deposit, after that deposits must be paid again. 8. NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL NOT HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK AGAIN. Policy: • There is a 10 minute grace period. If the client is not physically inside the salon within the 10 minute grace period, a new appointment must be made with a new deposit. • Drop offs are not permitted. You are welcomed to sit with your little one or wait in your vehicle but you are not allowed to leave the premises at any time during the duration of your child's service. •Minors are allowed one guardian over the age of 18 during the service. Absolutely no other people/children allowed. $20 per additional person will be applied • If someone other than the person who booked is bringing the client to their appointment they MUST be informed of ALL the emailed information ESPECIALLY the ARRIVAL INSTUCTIONS prior to arriving. •Please make sure your child is well rested before they arrive & prepared with device chargers and a face mask •Please do not bring devices that require WiFi unless you plan to use your hotspot • No food or drinks allowed for styles less an 4 hours. Please eat prior to your arrival or on the way. Services longer than 4 hours are allowed water and crumbless/ stainless snacks. ( No gum, chips, sauces or full meals) •If your appointment time runs over its original time because of clients behavior a $20 Over Time Fee will be applied for every 30mins over [This is a fee, not a service option] •Clients with children above the age of 3 will not be able to stand/sit by the styling chair for minor needs such as holding hands, rubbing feet, hugs & kisses as it slows down the process. $10 Cross The Line/ Zone Fee will be applied • Deposits are non refundable! I do not accept the excuse of: "She's just a child." or " She's only ___ years old. Of course she's going to ___." or "How do you expect a ___ year old to ___?" Feel free to book when they are older. • If your child is having a hard time or refuses to sit back and/or hold their head down I will stop! The additional bending and reaching takes a toll on my body and my energy. This isn't fair to the other clients who need me at my best to provide quality work. •If November Love has to request the guardian to physically assist the client such as hold their head, repeatedly stop them from sliding themselves out of the chair, taking off the cape or mask etc I do have the right to terminate the completion of the service (deposit non refundable) and/or cancel/refuse any further appointments (deposits fully refunded) PRIVACY POLICY: Client consents to their picture being taken and used for portfolio and promotional purposes. Client is allowed to cover their face , have their face blurred or digitally covered.
